We price on what the hardware will fetch on the secondary market, minus what it costs us to test, refurbish and move it. That means generation and specification drive the number far more than age does — a well-specified older server often beats a thin newer one. Because we resell rather than scrap, we're usually working from a higher base than a recycler quoting you on weight.

We agree the offer, collect, then pay by bank transfer once the equipment is inspected and verified against your list. We don't hold money back until it sells — that's our risk to carry, not yours.
In the UK and Ireland, yes — for equipment with resale value we collect free and insured from your site. Elsewhere in Europe we agree the logistics per consignment and factor it into the offer, so you still know the net number before you commit.
Drives are wiped to the NIST SP 800-88 Purge standard and you get a certificate listing every device by serial number. It's included in the purchase, not an add-on we charge for.
No — whole rooms are our favourite job, but we also buy smaller lots of working kit. Send whatever you have and we'll value it.
