Terms of use for this website, and the basis on which we buy equipment. Last updated 17 July 2026.
This site is operated by Pyco Renew Ltd, trading as WeBuyCorporateIT, registered in England & Wales under Company No. 16774881, at Unit D13, Fieldhouse Industrial Estate, Rochdale OL12 0AA. VAT registration GB505306526. Environment Agency waste carrier registration CBDU607333.
We deal business to business. By selling to us you confirm you are acting for a business and that you are authorised to dispose of the equipment concerned. Consumer rights that would apply to a private individual do not apply to these transactions.
Any figure we give from a list, photo set or description is an indicative offer, not a binding contract. It is based on what you have told us. The firm price is the one we confirm after physical inspection, and it can move if what arrives differs from what was described — wrong specification, missing components, undisclosed damage, water or smoke exposure, or drives pulled after the list was sent.
If the inspected price differs from the indicative one, we tell you before doing anything irreversible. You can accept the revised figure, or have the equipment returned to you at our cost where we collected it.
You confirm that you own the equipment outright or are authorised to sell it, that it is free of any lease, finance, charge or third-party claim, and that selling it does not breach an agreement you are under. Leased hardware is a common trap — please check before listing it.
Title passes to us on payment. Risk passes on collection.
We sanitise data-bearing media to the NIST SP 800-88 Purge standard and issue a certificate of erasure listing each device by serial number. That is a service we perform on the equipment after it reaches us; it does not transfer your obligations as data controller to us, and it is not a substitute for your own pre-disposal process. If a device holds data that must not leave your site under any circumstances, remove it or have it destroyed on site before collection, and tell us.
You remain responsible for releasing any licensing, MDM enrolment, activation lock or management binding on the equipment. We cannot resell hardware that remains locked to your tenancy, and we may have to revise or withdraw an offer where it is.
Free insured collection applies to equipment with sufficient resale value, and we will tell you plainly when a lot does not qualify. You are responsible for safe access to the equipment and for it being ready and powered down at the agreed time. If we arrive to find the lot is not as described or not accessible, we may charge the cost of an aborted collection.
We pay by bank transfer to a business account in the name of the selling entity, after inspection and reconciliation against your list. We do not pay in cash — the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013 prohibits cash payment for scrap metal, and we apply the same rule across the board.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury from our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a transaction is capped at the price we agreed to pay for the equipment, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data on equipment that has already been sanitised in accordance with the agreed process.
