How Pyco Renew Ltd, trading as WeBuyCorporateIT, handles personal data. Last updated 17 July 2026.

Who we are

Pyco Renew Ltd, trading as WeBuyCorporateIT, is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What the website does, and doesn't

The valuation form gives you two ways to reach us. If you choose WhatsApp, nothing is sent to our server at all — the form hands your text to WhatsApp and the message goes through Meta, not us. If you choose Send my list to the buying team, the form posts what you typed to our own server, where we store it and email it to our buying inbox so we can prepare your valuation. Nothing is stored or logged while you are simply typing; it is sent only when you press a button.

The site loads entirely from our own server — the fonts are self-hosted, so no part of the page is fetched from Google or any other third party. We set no cookies, and there is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking script anywhere on it.

What we do receive, and when

WhatWhenLawful basis
Your name, company, email, country, and the equipment list you send When you submit the valuation form, or contact us by WhatsApp or email Legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you initiated; and, once we deal, performance of a contract
Collection site address and contact for your facilities team When we arrange a collection or survey Performance of a contract
Asset serial numbers, erasure and settlement records When we buy and process equipment Legal obligation — waste, tax and accounting record-keeping
Server access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) Automatically, by our hosting provider Legitimate interests — security and keeping the site running

We ask for business contact details. Please do not send us special category data, and note that an equipment list is about hardware, not people — if you send us an asset register containing employee names, tell us so we can handle it appropriately.

Third parties that receive data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or port it elsewhere. Where we rely on legitimate interests you have an absolute right to object to direct marketing, and a qualified right to object otherwise.

Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first so we can put it right.

Data outside the UK

Our hosting is in the UK. Where a third party such as Meta processes data outside the UK, they do so under their own transfer safeguards, typically the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes to how we use data you have already given us will be notified to you directly.
